Bahan :

1 bungkus CEDEA Fish Dumpling Cheese

150 gram macaroni rebus matang

3 buah jamur kancing, iris

2 sdm mentega

100 gram keju cheddar parut

300 ml susu cair plain

2 sdm tepung terigu

1/2 bawang bombay, cincang halus

1 sdt parsley cincang

Garam, gula, lada bubuk secukupnya

Cara Membuat:

Panaskan mentega dalam wajan, masukkan bawang bombay tumis sampai harum masukkan jamur, aduk rata sebentar sampai rata

Masukkan tepung terigu sampai rata , tuang susu cair sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus diaduk sampai rata. Bumbui garam, lada bubuk, gula, aduk rata

Masukkan keju cheddar parut dan CEDEA Fish Dumpling Cheese, aduk rata

Masukkan makaroni, aduk hingga rata, matikan api.

Sajikan segera mac and cheese dengan taburan parsley cincang.
